HS&E Management Principles
Our HS&E philosophy is based on the international standards of OHSAS 18001 for
occupational health and safety and ISO 14001 for environmental management. This is
supported by a universal company commitment to provide a safe and healthy
workplace through a proactive approach to the prevention of injury, ill health
and damage to the environment.
Our Company is committed to a policy of continual improvement in all matters
relating to HS&E. This will be achieved through our HS&E Management system,
which will be monitored, reviewed, maintained and communicated throughout the
Company and through the setting of HS&E improvement objectives. This policy will
influence business activities and decisions including the selection of
resources, information, training, supervision, design and the provision of
products and services.

Quality Management Principles
It is the stated quality policy of Nicolson Engineering Services Ltd to satisfy
the requirements of our customers and statutory and regulatory issues as a
minimum, and seek to exceed them in every way that we can.
This can only be achieved by operating a comprehensive, co-ordinated quality
system, which assures the quality of all services offered by the company.
This system is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and will be
implemented across the whole company and embrace all of the activities which
impact upon our customers.
